Return Window

You may raise a return or refund claim within 5 days of delivery. Claims raised after 5 days will not be accepted, no exceptions.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
  • All original accessories, components, and packaging are intact
  • Claim is raised within 5 days of delivery
  • Valid unboxing video and photo evidence is provided (see below)

πŸ“Ή Unboxing Video β€” Mandatory for All Claims

All return and damage claims require a valid unboxing video. This is non-negotiable.

Your unboxing video must:

  • Be recorded in one continuous, uninterrupted shot β€” no cuts, no pauses
  • Clearly show the sealed package before opening
  • Show the full unboxing process from sealed box to all contents
  • Clearly capture any damage or defect being claimed
  • Be accompanied by clear photos of the damage or defect

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

Refunds Only β€” No Exchanges

Since our product catalog refreshes every 20 days, we offer refunds only. Exchanges are not available as the same product may no longer be in stock.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

For approved returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Savy covers forward shipping and all applicable taxes on your behalf β€” return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exception: If the item is confirmed defective or incorrectly shipped, Savy will arrange and cover return shipping.

🚨 Fraud Prevention & Claim Verification

Savy takes fraudulent claims seriously. The following measures are in place to protect our community:

  • All returned items are verified against the original order details β€” serial numbers, product condition, and packaging are checked
  • Returned items that do not match the original order will be rejected and returned to the customer
  • Items showing signs of customer-caused damage, tampering, or misuse are not eligible for refund
  • Only one return claim per order is permitted
  • Savy reserves the right to permanently blacklist customers found to be abusing the return process or submitting fraudulent claims
  • Repeated suspicious return patterns may be reported to relevant authorities

How to Raise a Claim

  1. Email us at Support@pick-savy.com withinΒ 5 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, your unboxing video, and photos
  3. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
