Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Savy. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: opened beauty devices, items marked as final sale, and gift cards.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@pick-savy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
