Cancellation Policy

At Savy, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@pick-savy.com with your order number.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, including:

• Personalised or custom-made products
• Items marked as final sale
• Digital products or downloadable content

Refunds on Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
